Four-story buildings will be arranged along either side of the street in order to present a pedestrian-friendly, walk-able scale and context. Buildings along the river have been turned at 90 degrees in order to maintain broad vistas from the roadway. Parking will be located in garages below the buildings. Townhomes will have individual entries from the street. Upper story flats will be accessed by interior corridors and a central stair and elevator core. The buildings will feature a blend of contemporary and traditional building materials as well as glazing at both the front and rear. Townhomes and stacked flats would range in size from around 1000 square feet to over 2500 square feet.
Two mid-rise buildings will provide dramatic views to the Ohio River and Cincinnati skyline.
Each building cluster features on-street visitor parking, small parks and/or an overlook.
