Harbour Pointe will feature approximately 290 residential units within a mixed use setting that is inspired by Shelter Cove, Harbour Towne and other world renowned waterfront communities along the eastern seaboard.

Buildings are clustered around a central park space and valet drop-off. Retail and restaurant spaces will occupy the ground floor. Neighborhood-oriented professional office space is envisioned for the second floor level. Residential flats ranging in size from 900 to 1500 square feet will be located in the upper three stories.

A 6 to 8-story, 150 room hotel will look out over the marina. Convenience parking is located along open spaces. The pod’s primary parking is located in a three level parking garage below the boardwalk level.

Buildings will feature a blend of contemporary and traditional building materials, generous glazing, grand staircases, sidewalk cafes, a public boardwalk and outdoor balconies.
