The Lookout will offer approximately 360 continuous care and retirement-oriented housing units. A proposed mid-rise building along the south side of the levee would offer prominent views and amenities which are uniquely suited to retirees and empty nesters.

Parking for the mid-rise would be located below the street level and could include townhomes along the Second Street façade. The building will be designed to permit views from the south and would step down from the highest to lowest floors in such a way to provide an appropriate transition in scale.
One and two-story attached independent living units will be arranged along the north side of the parkway and will feature individual attached garages and entries. All buildings will feature a blend of traditional building materials. The trail will move to the north side of the street in front of the attached homes and provide un-interrupted views to the river corridor.
