Manhattan Flats will feature approximately 410 residential units along with up to 65,000 square feet of ground-floor and boardwalk level commercial space.

The eastern entrance to the community is organized along a commercial “Main Street” where neighborhood-oriented service and retail uses cater to the community’s population. Three stories of residential flats will serve the community’s entry-level segment. A proposed 16 to 20 story building would transition to step above the marina and offer views up and down the river corridor. Three-story row houses and townhomes would provide unique living opportunities for boat owners and enthusiasts that wish to be in close contact with the marina. Parking will be located in a three level garage at the center of the marina. Townhomes will have individual entries from the street.

Upper story flats will be accessed by interior corridors and a central stair and elevator core. The buildings will feature a blend of contemporary and traditional building materials as well as glazing at both the front and rear. Townhomes and stacked flats would range in size from around 800 square feet to over 1500 square feet.
